Coming Events

The National Celtic Festival, Australia’s largest and most diverse celebration of Celtic culture will be held in Portarlington on Victoria’s beautiful Bellarine Peninsula 8-11 June 2007.  

The 23rd edition of the Celtic World International Festival will be held in Ortigueira, Spain 5-8 July 2007.  Milladoiro, Flook and Kepa Junkera are among the artists appearing.

The Ceilidh Trail School of Celtic Music, dedicated to the culture of Cape Breton music, offers classes in fiddle, piano and step dancing, 9-13 & 23-27 July 2007.  Instructors include Jerry Holland, J.P. Cormier, Brenda Stubbert, Ashley MacIsaac and Howie MacDonald.

The Isle of Lewis will be the scene of the Hebridean Celtic Festival from 11-14 July 2007.  The lineup includes The Proclaimers, Moving Hearts, Berrogüetto, and Peatbog Faeries
